in online and hybrid events

Create an online event in which participants are interactively involved from the comfort of their office chairs. Participants will receive an email containing login details. Once they are in the online environment, the focus is on engagement, interaction and creating a great online event experience for the participants.

At hybrid events, some participants are present at your event venue in person, while others participate online through Area Online. The things online participants can see and do are interlinked with the in-person events experienced by participants on site, and vice versa. This results in the best online and offline event experience.

Online information about personal programmes. If participants want to make any last-minute changes, they can do so themselves.

Interactively participate in chats, polls and word clouds and ask questions. You can do this directly in the event app and the interaction will instantly appear on screen.

The best way to view livestreams is in full screen mode. The mode can be changed, of course, but Yellenge gives participants a full-screen experience.

Relaxed online viewing with the option to use the event app as a remote control.

Only registered participants can watch. The livestream is secured by an event code and personal login code.
