Plenary sessions, parallel sessions and sessions-in-sessions: almost any programme type is possible. Is your programme ready? Great! All the information will appear on the website, during the registration process and in the app straight away.
Publishing
When the programme is ready, simply publish it on the event website, in the app and on Area Online. If you want to make changes, you only need to make them in one place.
Changes
You can make changes to the programme at any time – even on the day of the event or after going live. This is definitely not a feature on every platform.
Limits
Limit the number of participants who can attend each workshop. Once the limit has been reached, the workshop's registration form will close automatically.
Advanced options
Do some workshops and sessions overlap? Not a problem! Our advanced session planner can ask participants to select their favourites and then generate the ideal schedule.
