Event platform
Yes. You can make live changes to the program, content, or communication. Everything is automatically synchronized.
Our system gives you real-time insight into registrations and session choices. This allows you to make timely adjustments and distribute participants throughout the program.
Yes. The program planner allows participants to choose sessions and create their own schedule, for both in-person and online components.
Participants pay securely via Mollie, seamlessly integrated into the registration flow. After payment, they receive their ticket immediately. You must have a Mollie account for this.
Yes, invoices can be automatically sent to participants through our billing module. We can help you set it up.
You can automatically set personalized reminders based on registration status, session selection, or participant role.
Yes. Modules are available for sponsor logos, stands, digital expos, and partner pages.
Yes, you can create and manage multiple events within a single account. Each event has its own environment, settings, and statistics.
Participants will receive a personal QR code for quick check-in. The badge will be printed immediately after check-in.
PE points are automatically calculated based on attendance. This can be recorded in various ways, such as checking in and participating in sessions. Feel free to contact us for more information about the options.
Yes. Yellenge is available in Dutch and English by default.
Absolutely. Digital accessibility isn’t a side issue for us, it’s a requirement. We ensure that people with disabilities or other specific needs can also participate. Together with clients we perform accessibility checks on the event website, the registration form, and the app. Our development team adapts the environment where necessary. This way, no one is left out, both online and on-site.
Participant data remains available for up to 30 days after the event. This means you can still send a thank-you email or an evaluation after the event. After 30 days, we delete all personal data. The other event information remains available in Yellenge, so you can easily make a copy.
App
Yes, that is possible. The Yellenge app It’s completely web-based and opens easily in your browser, on your smartphone, or laptop. No download required.
Yes, the app is responsive and works on both smartphones and tablets. So you can also participate on a tablet without any problems.
Yes. The app works on any phone and is fully responsive in the browser. The event website and registration form are also mobile-accessible and responsive.
The event app comes in a standard template. You can choose the corporate color and add your own banner image(s).
Support
For on-site badge printing, we take care of the technology: we bring the printers, set everything up, and ensure the setup is correct. We also instruct your hosts to ensure everything runs smoothly. What do you provide? A sturdy counter, sufficient power outlets, a working internet cable, and a few trash cans. You provide your own lanyards and hosts. This way, we work together to ensure a smooth reception.

Security
We’ve been ISO 27001 certified for years. This is the global standard for information security. We review our processes annually and use secure data centers.
Yes. We advise all our users to enable 2FA when using Yellenge. 2FA works with Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, and many other authenticator apps that support time-based one-time passwords (TOTPs). You can activate 2FA through your personal account in the Yellenge CMS.
Technical
Basic functionality will continue to work. Once the connection is restored, everything will sync automatically.
Yes, it’s possible to send emails from your own email domain via Yellenge. This way, your participants receive emails from a trusted sender. For more information about this feature, please contact me. sales@yellenge.nl
Yes, SSO is supported. Contact us to discuss the options and requirements, and we’ll work with your IT department to get started.
Yes. Licensed customers can use their own web domain. Contact us for details.
Yellenge has an API available that enables connections between different systems. Contact sales@yellenge.nl for more information.
